More changes at per se?
I know its rather dorky of me, but for the last few months I've been going on per se's website daily and checking/saving the pdf copies of the menus to see their progression. Every now and then I notice some large changes, first it was the inexplicable appearance of the offal menu which ran for a little time this winter, and now recently the salon menu is always there.
BUT, last night for the first time there was a 4th page to the pdf; a $175, 5 course menu, without any heading. I'm wondering if anyone knows what this is. I know last week or so, Platt over at NYMag was plugging for a more abbreviated menu...could this be what I stumbled across??? (I've never seen them post pdf of the weekend lunch offerings, which is my other thought of what this might be)

That's for their lunch and has been there for awhile.
They just started to have a bar menu (a la carte) at their salon too.

@Wolverines...this is what my friend Nick says regarding your post. I like to think he is a Per Se aficionado so he knows of what he speaks:
That menu is offered for lunch in addition to the 9 course chef's tasting and the 9 course veggie tasting.

ok thank you very much. I knew that had the abbreviated lunch but over the past 6-7 months of going on their website every single day and saving pdf's of menus April 12 was the first time I've ever seen it actually posted there. Strangely, I went to check later that day again and it was gone. Guess I'll have to wait for the weekend and see if another shows up...
