My friends and I are planning an RV trip to Bonnaroo this summer and I'm responsible for planning and organizing meals - to minimize money spent on $20 hotdogs.

Any suggestions for easy to prepare meals for 7 on a BBQ and taking into account minimal refrigerator space?!
