mango sticky rice
We ate Thai tonight and I had one of my favorite desserts, mango sticky rice. There's quite a bit leftover and I can't bear to just toss it . . . how should I save it? Can I reheat it a bit in the microwave? I had heard somewhere not to refrigerate it, but I don't want to just leave it on the counter overnight. Ideas?

wrap it TIGHT in plastic wrap. it'd probably be okay if you left it out, it's pretty much just coconut milk, mangos, sugar and rice, but it'll be fine if you refrigerate it too.
the traditional way would be to put it in a bamboo cone thingy and steam it. you could try that, although covered in a microwave for a quick zap would probably do the trick.

Thank you! I didn't think of steaming it. That might work best.
