My roommate and I are going to do a Brunch HouseWarming on a Sunday in May. We are thinking Sunday Funday rather then a Saturday night cocktail party. Granted we live in a tiny NYC apartment we still want to have friends over to see our new digs.

I am thinking bagels, bloodies, mimosas and muffins etc. I'm loving Cava with juice right now. The typical easy brunch stuff. Anyone have good recipes for drinks or other easy brunch food ideas.
