Brunch in DC - best options for outdoor eating?

Now that the weather is nice and I am finally living in this city during spring, do folks have good ideas for brunch places in DC. I especially like to eat outside. What are your favorite spots?

http://www.filomenadc.com/ i haven't been in a few years but it is a great spot. my family used to always go. it is down in georgetown near the water so great for walking around before/after. they have a great buffet brunch on sundays. i think they do it during the week as well. you must check it out.

I've always really loved going to Cafe Parisien Express which is a little French bistro/cafe for brunch. If you suspend disbelief for a moment when you are there - you can really imagine that you are sitting in Paris at a little cafe.

It is a charming place to sit inside but they also have a few tables out front and (unless they have changed it) a few tables out back. The french bread is delicious and their quiches and omelettes are really good. The menu is terrific anytime of day.

It was originally owned by a wonderful couple - he is Greek and she is French. They recently sold it and it is still excellent. They don't have a website. They are located at 4520 Lee Hwy, Arlington, VA 22207 which is a really nice part of Arlington and not far from DC. I hope that you go and welcome to DC!

Oops - apparently Cafe Paris (our nickname for Cafe Parisien Express) does have a website - www.cafeparisienva.com. Sorry.

Art & Soul has nice outdoor seating, not 100% sure about their brunch, Les Hailes is a good outdoor option too.

I've been to Art and Soul for dinner and it was great, never been there for brunch.

@cookinmama: Did you mean Les Halles? I believe it closed somewhat recently (in the past year or so?).

The Tabard Inn Restaurant has outdoor seating. I haven't eaten on their patio yet but I'm a big fan of their brunch -- I recommend their savory tart, which changes seasonally.
