Black Skinned Chicken

Yesterday in my travels I took a few extra minutes and indulged my wilder side by stopping in a huge Chinese supermarket. It was amazing! There were so many things I have never seen in the limited ethnic aisle of my regular supermarket. The selection of soy sauces alone was mind numbing. Anyway there were chickens for sale, regular ones I would see everyday and they also had a black skinned chicken. Has anyone cooked with these? Are they worth the 45 minute drive back to check them out? I probably should have just tried one but with so many other things to try in this supermarket I had no idea what to try first....I ended up buying one package of exotic tea and leaving. Regardless, is this a case of "same chicken different package or a must try?....Any special ideas on what to do with it when I get it home?
