What am I going to do with a boatload of soybean sprouts?
I got a lot carried away at the grocery store and bought a bag of soybean sprouts. I've stirfried some already with some garlic, ginger, scallions, thai chili and soy sauce. It's pretty goood. But need other ideas.
Anyone have any recipes they'd like to share?

Soybean sprouts or regular bean (mung) sprouts.
If we're talking mung bean, I like them in salads. Or stir-fried with zucchini and sesame seeds.
Don't think I've ever had soybean sprouts, though.

Mung bean? If so, stir fry with bacon or ground pork and a little ginger.
Or make a delicious soup with pork bone stock, ginger and scallions.

You guys are fabulous. I usually buy mung bean sprouts, but I think soy bean sprouts taste amazing. I'm going to try the gado-gado for sure. It's awesome used in stir fry, but I bought a huge bag of the stuff (it was so cheap!) and I want to use it up before it gets mooshy and rotten.
