Where to eat while in Europe?

So, I'm going to Europe(UK, Spain, France, Italy, Germany. etc) at the end of May, and the thing I'm looking forward to most is the food. I need a bunch of recommendations. Places you've been that, have different food, good food, interesting atmospheres, cheap places, expensive places. Any thing is fair game, as long as you put your seal of approval on it. I don't want to be fooled into some sketchy absinthe den! Or do I?
