Tabasco... or some other hot sauce?
I was just reading a post and saw a lot of folks like to put tabasco on their food. I myself have never been a fan. I have always thought that tabasco somehow tastes off and somewhat spoiled.
I am a huge fan of Cholula, you know... the one with the round wooden cap. To me it is more well rounded and very flavorful.
How do you spice up your Serious Eats?
