Old tomato juice
My mother was cleaning out her basement, and there was 2 cases of tomato juice there, maybe 3-4 years old, 'Do you want these?' she asked. Indeed I did.
It was easily the best tomato juice I have ever had, once I finished off the 2 cases I picked up two cans at the grocery store but the first one was far too fresh, I didn't like it at all. The second has been sitting in my kitchen, for maybe a month now.
Anyway, I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with aging tomato juice? I know it's real tasty at that 3 year mark, but I really hope it gets to be like that much sooner.
