Old Fashioned Recipe Cards?

I've been going through my grandmother's recipe box and seeing some of her friends' wonderful old recipe cards with designs and "From the Kitchen of..." printed on them.

Does anyone know where to get (blank) recipe cards like these? I'd like to put my own recipes on them, instead of using ugly and boring blank index cards.
