How to fix Aloo Gobi that is too tomatoe-y

I tried making aloo gobi in the oven yesterday by roasting everything. It turned out pretty well but unfortunately I used too many tomatoes. The dish is a little too tangy and tomatoe-y. My thought is to try to cut the tang with a little sprinkle of sugar.

Any other thoughts or suggestions?
