Challenge: Flooded-In Feast

I live in the tragically weather-prone city of Fargo, ND. As you may have heard, we are in the midst of a record flood. Thus, I wonder what bizarre but delicious combinations Serious Eaters have come up with while stuck in their homes. (I'm a veggie-face, so bonus points for anything without meat!)
