I plan on making some liege-style belgian waffles and was wondering where I can find pearl sugar in either Manhattan or Brooklyn. I've already tried making them with broken up sugar cubes and found it to be a little too sweet and was hoping the taste of the pearl sugar would be a little more traditional. Thanks.
