My own personal jumpstart frittata
Movin' rather slowly today, but in order to jump start myself, I made a frittata:
Sauteed thin slices of garlic in extra virgin olive oil, until they were toasty, last night's leftover broccoli, 2 eggs from my own chickens, crumbles of local ewe's blue cheese and a sprinkling of chipotle powder for a little spice. The garlic was nice and creamy under the toastedness. Very flavorful.
What's your personal combo or your jumpstart meal for this lazy Sunday?
