Know Any Restaurant or Bar with Homemade Sodas?

Because sometimes you just need some fizz. Not alcoholic, just sodas made inhouse.

Bubby's makes their own soda; was at the Tribeca location this past Friday. I'm not a soda drinker, but the Coke-fiend boyfriend, who was initially skeptical of homemade cola, was very, very happy. It's made with cane sugar, not syrup and apparently this makes a difference! They make other sodas too, not just cola.

North Star makes their own ginger ale

Momofuku Noodle Bar was doing some house-made sodas the last time I was there.

Saul's in Berkeley recently started making their own. I think they have lemon, blood orange, ginger ... not sure what else. They also do egg creams.

Ellis Island Casino & Brewery in Las Vegas (on Koval behind the Strip) makes genuine brewed root beer that's very good.

Twisted Root burger in Deep Ellum (Dallas, TX) makes a new root beer everyday. Last time I was there the flavor was Hazlenut root beer.

In Manhattan, Per Se, Jean Georges, Nougatine, Perry Street, Bar Room at the Modern, Jane. And if you ask, any respectable cocktail bar should be able to make you a ginger soda with house-made ginger beer.

Hot Lips Pizza in Portland, Oregon makes awesome sodas. Get a blackberry soda on tap in the summertime, and it'll have bits of berries still in it. So fantastic!

A lot, if not most, brewpubs make their own Root Beers. Orange Cream and Ginger Ale also show up with regularity. I believe some Microbreweries do also, but I can't think of any off the top of my head.

Double Crown on the Bowery makes its own ginger beer. yum.

Stand Burger Restaurant in greenwich village, excellent homemade sodas like blackberry, pinapple, ect. also ginger ale, great

Thank you for all your suggestions!
