Well...I didn't know, but right now I've got a flourless chocolate cake in the over (by pure coincidence), and I plan on topping it with pomegranate syrup/glaze. It's packed with antioxidants and I can pretend it's good for me!

I didn't know of any chocolate week, but in the last few days I have make brownies, chocolate mousse, and white cake with chocolate frosting. What a happy coincidence!

We have a Chuao down the street in Del Mar (San Diego); I'll be getting their addictive Salt Caramels with a side of Chocolate gelato - mmm mmm good!
