Help with carnitas tacos
I've got most of my ideas ironed out for my tacos, I just need help finalizing a few things. I need a good salsa recipe (I was thinking tomatillo or salsa verde) as well as suggestions on what type of cheese to use. I read on here cojita is a good choice but I just wanted a couple back-up choices in case Wegmans doesn't carry cojita. I also searched around for a salsa recipe here but nothing really stood out for me.
