My poor husband has been travelling a lot overseas lately. His internal clock is all screwed up, and to add to the mess, we stayed up to watch SU hoops last night for a record breaking 4+hour game that had 6 overtimes. Yeah, we're watching the game tonight, it's the Big East tourney, but I really felt bad for my husband as he walked out the door this morning. Pale, dark circles and a drag to his step. I know rest is the best medicine, but what should I cook for him to help charge up his battery? What helps you guys out when you are totally drained?
