Double Parked Carts at Fairway, Harlem
Is it always a chaotic scene at Fairway Market in Harlem? Stopped there late Sunday afternoon, about 4 p.m., and between the parking lot and the shoppers pushing their carts in every conceivable direction through the narrow aisles, it was almost comical. Accidents and black-and-blue marks galore! At the deli counter, however, it was calmer. There were actually double-parked carts as shoppers waited for their turn.
I wanted to check them out because I heard they were considering opening a new Fairway in southern Westchester. How about their other locations...the same?
