Did I Make the Right Decision?
My hubby at Sur La Table bought me a All-Clad Copper Core cookware set, and we're trying to get some feedback on current users to make sure we made the right decision. We've used it already, so obviously it's too late to change, but I'd like to hear some suggestions on use, care, etc. from other users...any feedback?

You made a great decision. All you need is some Bar Keepers Friend for cleaning.

I know All Clad is wonderful, well-made cookware but it fails one of my criteria for SS cookware: No pourable lip. I don't like it when pan contents dribble down the side when poured. I know it seems unimportant in the grand scheme but it's one of those niggling little details that makes a difference to me. If you don't mind that, your All Clad will certainly serve you well. Enjoy!

I second the Bar Keeper's Friend. This stuff will keep your AC looking like new! And kudos on the svelte biceps you are about to build up...the copper core is heavy!

Heavy stuff, nice stuff. Best of both worlds- awesome heat conductivity of copper, easy cleanup of stainless. I have a copper core skillet, and I love it. Enjoy!
