Valencia Bakery Cake
A very good friend of mine that relocated from the Bronx last year has a birthday coming up. I know that her favorite cake is a Strawberry Cake from the Valencia Bakery in the Bx.
She is coming off a rough year and I'd love to try and bake a version of this cake for her but I don't know anything about it!! Is anyone familiar with this cake? Is it Strawberry cake, or white cake with strawberry filling? What is the icing like?
