I know the town is a notorious sprawl and dry spot for the adventurous eater but I was hoping to get some recommendations for city specific, cheap, local type places. I'm familiar with most of Indy's higher-end stuff (i.e. St. Elmo's, Elements, Oakley Bistro, etc.) so any lower key places that are "known" for such and such item (tamales, tacos, burgers, soul food, etc.) would be excellent.
