Alright...someone has to break the cycle. My desert island kitchen list:

I'd like a skillet, but I think I could make most of the skillet stuff in a pot...it would just be a pain in the butt. And I do not currently own a hobo tool, but given that I only had one spot left for utensils, it would give me a knife/fork/spoon combination. It's a simple list, but while it's nice to have classy kitchen items, these are the things that I find myself using all of the time.

5. collection of bamboo spoons...better than wood?
6. eight-quart cuisinart stock pot
