Looking for Caesar Salad

Hi, I use to be married to a man who had a fabulous caesar salad dressing recipe... when I divorced him, I lost the recipe too. Does anyone recognize these ingredients and if so do you have the actual recipe? Thanks, this is my first attempt at blogging....
As I remember it, the recipe calls for 24 minced cloves of garlic, olive oil and Parmesan cheese shaken together. Any clues?
