Great restaurants in Columbia & Charleston, SC?

My boyfriend and I are moving down to Columbia later this year for graduate school at USC and we LIVE for great food. Any great restaurant ideas for weekend/anytime visits to Charleston?

Also any good places in Columbia?

We are huge cajun fans and are also looking for a great farmer's market to visit on the weekends!
