I have these pans - http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/product.asp?order_num=-1&SKU=114089&RN=398 . As of late, I've been noticing (particularly on my frying pans) that they have this weird texture on the inside - no longer smooth, and kind of tacky (but not quite sticky) - like if I run my finger over the interior surface it will slide over, but there will be an obvious traction.
I've tried cleaning with hot water and dish soap, letting it sit on it, but I don't know what else to use, since it is non-stick. The pans are about 6 years old.
Any suggestions would be great!
