Need help finding a particular meatloaf recipe
I made a meatloaf a few years ago that used poblano peppers and chex cereal. I thought it was from Cooking Light but I have not been able to locate it since. I figured if I was going to ask anyone if htey had come across a recipe like this it would be some one from SE!

This recipe is amazing with guacamole, sour cream, or salsa or all 3. I highly recommend it!
