List of books
Is there a way to see/get a list of cookbooks that have been featured on seriouseats.com? I am looking to buy some books - baking books, specifically.
Thank you!

For a great baking book, may I suggest Baked? It's awesome.

I was doing some browsing last night and stumbled upon "How Baking Works" by Paula Figoni. It looks like a great book about both the art and science of baking. Comments about it say it's used as a text for some college baking courses. I'm going to check it out at the library if available. It's listed on Amazon, looks like a pretty comprehensive book on the topic.
