I have several bags of spinach and mixed greens - thanks CSA! But I'm not going to be able to eat all of it, so I'm thinking I may as well freeze it. Unfortunately, I'm seeing limited advice online and it varies quite a bit.

So SE'ers - what's the best way to freeze spinach?
