Chinese food in the Union Square area
Anyone have any great recommendations for Chinese food around Union Square (or that will deliver to Union Square) - the cheaper the better? I usually order from Friend House or Yummy House, but both of their prices have been going up, and the last couple times I ordered from both the food was only ok.
I am craving chinese for dinner tonight, so any suggestions would be great!

well, I ordered from Chen's Express Kitchen on 7th Ave, and the search for great cheap Chinese continues... it wasn't particularly "express," and the food was mostly tasteless.

Hands down, Young Chow on 4th Ave and 13th. Ridiculously good prices, solid food, and BIG PORTIONS, enough for 2-3 rounds of leftovers if done well.

In college, I almost lived on Red House, 14th between third and fourth. The only fast-food Chinese that my Chinese friends would eat, actually. That was a few years ago...I know they renovated, but I'm not sure if they're still there. Might be worth a walk-by.
