Where and What to Eat in Switzerland?
I'm heading off to Zermatt, Switzerland, in March to hit the slopes. Was wondering if any of you can recommend where or what I should eat while there? Thanks!

Raclette and chocolate. Do check out FXcuisine.com as it is from Switzerland. One of the most amazing and informative blogs around.

I second the Raclette and would add Rosti...both are great! Of course have lot's of cheese and sausage. I was in Basel for two weeks and that's basically what I lived on.

ya rosti is one of my faves!! and you must try the local bakeries- switzerland IMO has some of the best pastries ever! also if you get a chance, don't leave without a box of Sprungli chocolates! :-)
