Uses for Yogurt Cheese?

I make "yogurt" cheese on occasion and love it. Unfortunately I only use it one of two ways, either I shape it in little patties, bread it, sauté it golden-brown and use on top of a green salad or occasionally I'll use it in place of sour cream. Does anyone else have any unique ideas for using yogurt cheese besides the ones I've listed?
