Slow Cooker Quinoa

In light of recent chatter about slow cookers, I've been contemplating trying some slow cooked oatmeal, only using quinoa instead. Has anyone tried this? I haven't done this with quinoa or oats, but am curious to see what you think. Any recipes to share?
