One of our Xmas presents was a 2.5 lb. round of Stilton cheese with some Port wine. The Stilton came with a heavy glass dome and plate to store. How long can I store it? I will start to cook with it.
Maybe on Fillet Mignon as a sauce? What do you guys think...
