Has anyone ever tried to re-create the olive garden salad dressing? I haven't been to an Olive Garden in years - but I remember the pasta being eh but the salad dressing being GREAT!

If anyone has any idea which one will be the most similar, please let me know - or if you have another recipe.

Also, the second recipe calls for pectin - is there something I can substitute that would have the same results as pectin, or can I leave it out entirely?
