New Dumpling place in NYC's Chinatown?
Over at New York Press Josh Bernstein reports eating "gingery bok choy dumplings at Chinatown’s new C and L" but gives no address. I tried searching it, but no luck. Anybody know where this is? Tried it?

Yeah I have. It's definitely is tasty. Besides the dumplings(fried and steamed) and the fried buns, I liked the noodles with peanut sauce.

My coworkers and I tried it twice. The first time was fine--nothing stood out, but for a quick snack it sufficed. When I went back again I was let down. Half the order was cold and greasy, and the dough was far too thick for my tastes.
I do see most of the Chinese customers ordering soups, so maybe that is the way to go.
My coworkers all prefer to fight the crowds at Vanessa's Dumplings.
