Ming Tsai's New Knife

People who watch "Simply Ming":

Ming usually has a Kyocera ceramic blade in hand during the show, but this season he has been using this giant curved quasi-cleaver. Does anyone know the make/model of this knife? I have never seen one like it before. Thanks.

Does it look like the Shun knives by Ken Onion?

That is the knife I think it is too. It is a very distinctive look

I don't think its the Ken Onion as it has a Global looking handle. I searched the Global web site but could not find Ming's new toy.

Yes,I could not find Ming's new toy, too. But I would rather to use ceramic knife.I own 3 pcs 4"-6" Fuboon ceramic knife.Cheap and good to use.
