Ming Tsai's New Knife
People who watch "Simply Ming":
Ming usually has a Kyocera ceramic blade in hand during the show, but this season he has been using this giant curved quasi-cleaver. Does anyone know the make/model of this knife? I have never seen one like it before. Thanks.

I don't think its the Ken Onion as it has a Global looking handle. I searched the Global web site but could not find Ming's new toy.
