So I recognize this request is inherently somewhat stupid, but my friends and I are trying to find restaurants in NY that offer some sort of challenge/contest/feat of strength wherein we can eat something gigantic and win a prize. For instance, if you have ever seen the notable cinematic classic The Great Outdoors featuring John Candy and Dan Akroyd, you may recall a scene in which they attempt to eat an oversize steak in exchange for a prize. This is the kind of thing we are looking for. Apparently it is hard to come by in NYC. Anyone know of a good one?
