Help with my new pressure cooker and recipes
After wanting a pressure cooker for several years I finally bought one that you use on the stove. Used it last night for the first time, I'm also one of those afraid of them. Made pork and sauerkraut. Used pork carnitas and it came out so tender but my owner's book said to use 2 cups of water and the sauerkraut got too watery and mushy. I'm used to roasting everything and am hoping not all my dishes will be so bland. Can anyone suggest a good cookbook? I want so to like this new cooker but need an education.
