Brooklyn Flea Indoors Doesn't Have Food?
I read that the Brooklyn Flea moved to Dumbo, so went to check it out. Now it's indoors, 1/4 of the size, and it's only antiques and clothes. No food at all.
Did I miss something?

There is indeed no food at the indoor Brooklyn Flea. There will be food when it returns to its original location in the summer.

actually, we're working on taking the empty storefront at 81 front st. across from the antiques location, and we'll be bringing back the food! likely smaller items like chocolate, cupcakes, pickles, cheese, pastries, but stay tuned to our blog/site for the latest.

I'm just grateful that the flea has a temporary location! It will return to Fort Greene the first weekend of April, but until then it's in DUMBO. I went during the first weekend and bought a lovely mid-century modern wood chair with mustard upholstery. I love it! But alas, I too miss the food.....nom nom nom. Glad to hear that snacks will hopefully abound soon!

Hello people! There is one of the best markets in NYC around the corner, Foragers Market. If you are going to trek all the way out to dumbo go there and grab some lunch there. Why go some where and not bother to explore the area it is just lazy! It is less than a block away.

I didn't know about Foragers and it was too damn cold to explore! Plus the only reason I went was for food... and it was just disappointing to walk through antiques and see nothing edible...
