Hi! I'm having a party and want to get a great an amazing brisket for it. I'm looking for Jewish style but it doesn't have to be kosher. Ideas?

I don't know where you would buy one, but I certainly know how you would make one. The awesome Nach Waxman's Brisket recipe is found all over the place for a reason. It's super good and super easy. It's in the Silver Palate's New Basics cookbook, but here's a link. It's really good.

Haven't had it but what about Sammy's Roumanian. Why can't you make it? Easy dish to prepare in advance and probably better than what you can buy.

I haven't tried this recipe: http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2007/06/brisket_baby/.
But her lasagna was unbelievably delicious, for what it's worth. Good luck!
