Alcohol content in American/ Mexican beers?

It seems to me like mainstream American and Mexican beer manufacturers are the only ones who refuse to put alcohol content on their labels. Modelo and Presidente's content are damn near impossible to find online, but I've heard it's up around 6%.

Also, Bud Select has less carbs and a little more alcohol than Bud Light. "Less Carbs, More Alcohol" sounds like a good motto, right? I'd buy it.

Anything that mentions "Ice" in the name also has more alcohol in it, about 6%. It's like code. Natural Ice, Bud Ice, even Icehouse.

All that Michelob Ultra Light and MGD 64 business has about 3%, so why even drink the beer to begin with? Amstel Light is right around there too. I remember back in the day I got a buzz from about half a bottle of Amstel. Those were the days.
