Cooking and Baking

What would you call this dessert?

So, today I was getting as much cooking and prepping out of the way as I could. In the midst of it, I was looking at bits and pieces that were left over, and I figured it would be smarter to use it now than to pack it away and forget it.

So, I had some pie dough. Rolled it out in a rough circle. I had maybe a third of a block of cream cheese. I softened it up with a little yogurt, so it was spreadable. Spread that on the pie dough to within about an inch of the edge.

The I had the remains of a jar of cherry preserves, The cherries were gone, so it was just the jelly stuff. I spread that on top of the cream cheese.

I folded the edges of the dough up over the jam/cheese, like you'd do with a crostata, then I sprinkled some cane sugar over the top and popped it into the oven at whatever temp it happened to be, and cooked it until the pie crust was puffy and the center was bubbly.

And for some reason, this pie dough wanted to be very puffy and fluffy and flaky,

So there it was. I suppose I could call it a cheese and cherry crostata, but I'd kinda like to give it a cute name. Just in case I decide to make something similar again.

And FYI, the cherry preserves were a bit tart, so the whole thing isn't terribly sweet. The cane sugar was just for a little glitter and crunch. And I added a dusting of powdered sugar on top, too, for a little snow effect.

I'm pretty sure that tomorrow, I'll be calling it "breakfast."

So, anybody got any ideas for names?
