I'm looking for some savory puff pastry ideas. For my purposes of the moment, bonus points if it's vegetarian and dairy free.

My initial thought is like a mushroom turnover. It would be the vegetarian's main dish, and a side dish for the others. (12 guests total). Any other ideas?
