wine tasting event

I am looking for a place in Manhattan that will do a wine tasting session, not a class, for a group of about 20 people. This is kind of for a corporate event so I would like a separate room or someplace that will be quiet enough for the group to talk and socialize.
Any suggestions?? Thanks!
