I have a ton of green grapes that are just too sour. I thought about freezing them as I've heard some of you do. I also know you can make sugared fruit by dipping in egg whites and then in granulated sugar. Would they be safe to eat and sweeter if I did that, and then froze them as a treat for my toddler granddaughter, or is that just to make them pretty? Any other ideas on how to sweeten them up for her?
