Loose tea leaves in the Pittsburgh area...

Last year I got my MIL a teapot that she wanted...this year she has yet to buy tea for it...So...thats what I'm trying to get her for Christmas but I cant seem to find any good stuff thats not musty smelling! Anyone know of any shops in Pittsburgh and whats a decent tea?
