How you like your rice puddin'?
My family is Swedish/Finnish. One of the traditional dishes from Sweden and Finland is rice pudding. It is our family tradition to have it every Christmas. I look forward to it every year, all year long, I LOVE it! However, every year my mom has to make two batches: one with raisins (for everyone else) and one without raisins (for me). Raisins cannot get near my rice pudding. In addition, when eaten, it must be piping hot! So how about you serious eaters? How do you like your rice pudding, do you even like it? And if you do, raisins or no raisins, hot or cold, or any other toppings?
