HELP...Need Celebrity Chefs for Non Profit Fundraising Cookbook

I've been assigned the task of writing a cookbook for a non profit organization, and was wondering if there are certain Celebrity Chefs/Restauranteurs who lend their name for worthy causes. Do you know of any who are currently charity friendly? This cookbook will be used as a major fundraising vehicle for our association, and in addition to membership participation, we are hoping to have recipes graciously submitted by culinary legends such as Ina Garten, Emeril Lagasse, Martha Stewart, Mario Batalli, Thomas Kelleher, etc. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated
